Your coach is a calm, warm boxing trainer: guiding you through the menus, explaining what a score means, and stepping into the ring as your sparring partner. The coach's voice is generated with AI.

The coach adapts to your level

When you spar, the coach watches five skills: defence, guard, offence, counters and pace. Each one adapts to your level, so every round stays a fair fight.

Each skill earns its own level name — Beginner, Amateur, Pro, Champion, Legend — over rounds you hold, never in one lucky round.

Box in your own room, seen through the headset. This is the main way to play.

Step into an open boxing ring at dusk.

Works offline. No account to create — your Meta account is all you need. Play with controllers or hand tracking.

Coached in 19 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Turkish, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Menus also in Arabic and Hebrew.

Your privacy

  • Your training stays on your headset.
  • Usage statistics go to Unity only if you say yes at the first start. You can switch them off or delete them in Settings at any time.
  • If the app crashes, a crash report goes to Unity. This report is sent from every player.
  • The 3-Minute leaderboard is Meta's. It shows your Meta name and best score to your friends, and theirs to you.
  • The coach's voice is generated by AI (Microsoft Azure). It is made before the app is released; nothing you say goes anywhere.
  • Never collected: your voice, video, camera images, or the movements of your head and hands.
